Terms and conditions of reimbursement and participation in Top Transport Saint-Malo.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION - GUEST COMMITMENTS AND REIMBURSEMENT

2 types of guest are distinguished below: guests with an appointment obligation and "Visitors" without an appointment obligation.

After completing their travel details and describing their project, buyers and/or decision-makers and project leaders have access to the One to One meeting modules and have been invited by our partners to meet with their representatives during the event.

Guests agree to take part in the Event as follows:

  1. Guests residing in Saint-Malo or its suburbs agree to take part in the event on the day(s) of June 10 and/or 11, 2026;

Guests residing outside Saint-Malo and its suburbs agree to take part in the event on the day(s) of June 10 and/or 11, 2026, except in cases of force majeure;

  1. Each Guest project owner registered for Top Transport Saint-Malo 2026 undertakes to make a minimum of 10 appointments over the two days* (or 5 appointments for a single-day participation) with the partners registered for the event, and to organize them at his or her convenience via an agenda accessible on his or her personal space.

*This commitment does not apply to "Visitor" profiles.

Commitments 1/ and 2/ are cumulative and hereinafter referred to together as the “Participation Commitments”.

In return for the Guest's compliance with his or her Participation Commitments, the Organizer will fully cover the Guest's accommodation and catering costs, in accordance with the terms of his or her invitation. The Guest's rail or air travel costs will be reimbursed by the Company following the event, subject to the event actually taking place and the completion of the satisfaction questionnaire that will be sent to the Guest, up to a maximum of €235 including tax, on presentation of receipts (nominative tickets) via the Guest's personal space, and subject to the Guest's actual presence at the Event and compliance with his/her Participation Commitments.

Other refund conditions:

  • Refund to be requested before July 15, 2026 and reserved for Guests. Spouses, experts, consultants and partners are not eligible for reimbursement;
  • After this date, no requests will be considered. If this condition is met, the Organizer will reimburse the Guest's ticket price by bank transfer, up to a maximum of €235 per Guest, taxes included.
  • No reimbursement will be made for parking tickets, mileage allowances or cab, bus, helicopter, Orlyval and public transport expenses.

 

Refunds will only be accepted if the Guest :

  • has complied with the rules of participation and the Commitments to Participate.
  • has proved his/her participation in the event by scanning his/her badge at the entrance to the site or during the various presentations (workshops, conferences, round tables)
  • has made at least 5 appointments per day (or 1 to 2 appointments over 2 days) with the partners present, with the exception of visitor profiles.

 

In this respect, the Guest declares that the stay offered to him/her and its terms and conditions are in line with his/her company's internal rules and regulations, and in particular its travel and gift policies. Upon request, the Organizer will provide the Guest with documents and information proving the validity and conformity of his/her participation.

The Organizer may also invoice all or part of the Guest's participation if the company's travel and gift policy so requires.
