Banques Alimentaires
As the leading national food aid network with 111 locations, including in overseas territories, the Food Banks collect and purchase more than 128,000 tons of food products each year from the food industry, farmers, major retailers, and the general public, with support from the European Union and the French government. Thanks to more than 7,636 volunteers and 682 employees, they assist nearly 2.4 million people and distribute 223 million meals as well as hygiene products through 6,044 partner associations, Municipal Social Action Centers (CCAS), and social grocery stores. Food Banks play a key role in social support, notably through Bons gestes & bonne assiette®, an innovative program promoting health prevention and social interaction centered on food. They have also established a direct distribution network, RAYON®, in areas where current supply remains insufficient. Food Banks develop local projects with a strong social impact: food processing workshops, short-chain and solidarity-based supply chains, mobile distribution, and social integration workshops and projects.
The French Federation of Food Banks has been recognized as a public-interest organization since February 22, 2023.

Mixenn
The Mixenn project is a regional programme aimed at accelerating the ecological and energy transition in freight transport. It is led by Bretagne Supply Chain, with support from ADEME Bretagne, DREAL Bretagne and the Brittany Region, as well as private partners. The programme is aimed at companies managing fleets (carriers, shippers) and local authorities. It is being rolled out across the whole of Brittany. Mixenn addresses three key themes: alternative energies, optimisation of freight flows and modal shift. In practical terms, Mixenn disseminates information, provides resources and promotes the sharing of experiences. Mixenn also organises events, webinars and on-the-ground initiatives such as the Mixenn Tour to engage local stakeholders.
In short, this programme relies on the regular production of content and activities to build a regional community committed to a single goal: reducing the environmental impact of freight transport and helping Breton stakeholders address climate and regulatory challenges.

Port de Saint-Malo
As a multi-purpose port on the Channel coast, the Port of Saint-Malo supports trade, transport and the maritime industries in its region. A commercial port, ferry terminal, fishing port, cruise port and shipbuilding and repair centre, it benefits from comprehensive infrastructure and services: quays and terminals, warehouses, cargo handling, crane services, storage, transit, customs, pilotage and towage.
With around 1 million tonnes of goods handled each year, Saint-Malo has historically served the Breton agricultural sector, whilst supporting the diversification of traffic: bulk cargo, construction materials, and flows linked to energy, the maritime sector and industry. Thanks to its location on the Channel coast, close to England and the Channel Islands, the Port of Saint-Malo also serves as a local logistics hub for shippers in its hinterland.
Our ambition is clear: to support the development of bespoke logistics chains, tailored to the industrial constraints and competitiveness challenges faced by local businesses. With this in mind, we aim to identify, consolidate and structure volumes in collaboration with shippers and operators, in order to unlock new opportunities for port transhipment via Saint-Malo and to develop our services to meet the specific needs of the local industry.
