No drivers during loading/unloading operations: is it a problem?
A growing number of drivers do not attend loading or unloading operations. Either because they are forbidden to do so, or because they do not want to be there. This is without mentioning the difficulties associated with foreign drivers who do not master the customs and French language. Or countries like Spain that simply forbid drivers to load or unload. In the event of disputes, this absence will raise doubts as to who is responsible for what.
